Dr Beetel has been providing general surgical care for the people of Berks and Schuylkill Counties for almost 25 years. He specializes in offering minimally invasive surgery including state of the art robotic approach to inguinal, ventral and hiatal hernias, gallbladder removal and colon surgery. Dr Beetel also specializes in treating Breast cancer, favoring a breast conserving approach whenever possible. Also provided is surgical treatment for skin cancers including malignant melanoma with in office biopsies offered. We often work in conjunction with our plastic surgical colleagues in these cases and perform Sentinel Lymph Node biopsies when appropriate.
