Biography

A native of Kutztown, Dr. Howard is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing his surgical residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network. Dr. Howard is board certified in General Surgery, a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of both the Pennsylvania Medical Society and Berks County Medical Society.
